Lt. Brian Brennan: The power of brotherhood…Currahee!

Recently CBS Sunday Morning ran a story of an American soldier named Lt. Brian Brennan from the 101st Airborne serving in Iraq who was in a coma for 2 weeks after losing both legs in a roadside bomb attack.

General Patreaus came to visit him. He tried to wake him with no success. Then he came up with an idea and the General and other soldiers in the ward yelled "Currahee!" and the soldier came out of his coma.  It was an emotional event for everyone. 

 

Lt. Brian Brennan and to all of our brave men and women serving this great country…thank you for your service!
